I started Tech Karobar as an ode to my roots. A lot transpired in the universe to lead me to this “now”.
My great grandfathers’ were traders in cotton & cotton products in 1930’s British India, so they had a Cotton Karobar. My grandfather found a different path as an accountant in Paper Trading in 1950’s, making him an influential agent in Paper Karobar. My father transversed into setting up a ‘Karkhana’ (manufacturing) thereby becoming a serial entrepreneur (karobari).
Tech Karobar is my spin on integrating business into modern day technology space where buying and selling has shifted to intangible products & services. From the old barter system to cryptocurrency, we as humans still look for ‘value’.
I have ~10years of experience in IT industry as well as anecdotal wisdom that comes from a business family. I seek to bridge the gap between the old and the new.
So join me in my journey of creating a symbiotic relationship between technology and business. One that not only helps each other, but creates a far-reaching impact on the entire ecosystem one project at a time.
